EASTER SERVICES – DAYS & TIMES
Lenten Denial
The season of Lent has begun. This year the Serving Commission has selected Start Off Smart (SOS) as our Lenten Denial recipient. The SOS program is affiliated with the Homestead Police and supports women and children in crisis which includes domestic violence, trafficking, homelessness, and mental health issues.
They provide individual boxes of little toys for the children, temporary housing, and supplies like diapers and clothes. You can support this Lenten program by contributing in the Fishbowl any Sunday during Lent or on our website. Questions can be directed to either Barbara Parker or Bethany Sands.
